Shipping Information All of our leather products are built to order. At this time, we ship exclusively via USPS Priority Mail. Because your item is made specifically for you after your order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery (though we usually get it out the door significantly faster!).
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are unhappy with your gear, we will gladly refund the full purchase price of your order.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your delivery.
- The item must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
Custom Items
Please note that SawGuards containing a customized nameplate cannot be returned unless there is a material or manufacturing defect.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be pre-authorized by SawGuard, LLC. To start the process:
- Contact support through our online contact form.
- Include your invoice number and a brief explanation of the problem.
- We will follow up with further instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges are gladly accepted should you mistakenly order the wrong size. Please note that in the event of a size exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
