We are in the process of working out all of the legal matters that pertain to the transfer of the company to the new owners. A new facility will be built in Washington State for the manufacture of the SawGuard line. The new owners were at one time involved with the development of the product, so they are no strangers to the product line and plane on maintaining the high standards and quality of the product that you have been used to.
